I have just driven away from your dealership in my new Sonata and wanted to tell you that this has been the best car buying experience that I have ever had. It is generally a chore that I despise-especially the process to actually purchase the car. I am accustomed to it taking hours, but I was in and out in less than 40 minutes. The paperwork was complete and everything was ready for me-all I had to do was sign and then Eric walked me through setting up blue tooth and refreshing me on features of the car. | This is one of the most professional looking dealerships I've ever been involved with. ALL employees in this dealership were well dressed, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Every person I had dealings with was above average in manners and sincerity. My sales representative Anthony Sutton has gone beyond the call of duty in making sure everything regarding my transaction was perfect. I feel that I could call him on his cell phone at anytime-even after the sale-and he would help me to get a solution to my problem. I feel that he really cares about the customer-even after the sale has been completed.
